Now Ukrainian seafarers can register for the CES 6.0 qualification exam on the Diia portal. This is another online service in the industry that greatly simplifies the interaction between Ukrainian seafarers and the Shipping Administration. There is no longer a need to collect documents and visit territorial centres offline. There are currently three locations available on the Diia portal for taking the exam: in Kyiv, Odesa and Warsaw.
Previously, in order to register for the exam, Ukrainian seafarers had to collect documents and attend the territorial centre of the Shipping Administration in person. There, they had to fill in an application and then come back for the exam at the time already scheduled.
