The Kyiv Shevchenko District Court has seized several websites, including the illegal “clone” of the seafarer’s account, which was created on August 10th.
National Commission for State Regulation in the field of Communications and Informatization received an order of an investigating judge of Shevchenko district court of Kyiv Sidorov E.V. dated 09.09.2021, case number 761/32408/21, in the criminal proceeding number 420210000000302, providing:
“To seize the property rights of intellectual property that arise for Internet users when using web resources with such domain names registered in Internet Invest LLC (Reg. number 32493292), namely:

- mdu.com.ua
- marad.org.ua
- as.marad.org.ua
- morrichservice.com.ua
- cabinet.morrichservicе.com.ua

- dianet.com.ua
- dianet.ua
As well as with domain names registered with the domain name registrar Go Daddy, LLC, namely: ntz.online and disoft.dev, by the obligation of Internet service providers operating on the territory of Ukraine, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 42 of the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications” included in the register of telecommunications operators, providers and a list of which is contained on the official website of the National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the field of communications and information, to close access to them at all its levels, namely: information, logical and hardware, using their technical capabilities and at their own expense”.
