Auxiliary Registrar of Panama Maritime Authority in Ukraine, Mr. Evgeniy Sukachev, participated in Conference “Sea and River freight”, organized by Smart Event Group on 10th of September 2021.

Issues regarding the new Law of Ukraine “Inland water transport”, new draft laws in Verkhovna Rada, River logistics, Sea logistics, and Grain Market were discussed.

Surprisingly, Mr. Evgeniy Sukachev met with the Director of Panama Maritime Authority Directorate of the seafarers, Mr. Juan Eduardo Maltez Pazmiño at the conference.

Mr. Juan Maltez arrived in Odessa to audit Maritime training center “Avant”, which is recognized by Panama Maritime Authority. Occasionally, he was invited to the conference by Capt. Stanislav Nezavitin is President of the Association of Odessa’s Sea Captains.

We were glad to get acquainted and meet with Mr. Juan Eduardo Maltez Pazmiño and Capt. Stanislav Nezavitin.
